We will never put your money into a property that we wouldn’t invest in ourselves, or invest your money without carrying out proper due diligence. In fact, we invest our own money alongside our investors, so that our interests are aligned.

Alan has spent over 40 years in the commercial and residential construction space, and over 30 as an owner and CEO.
Having started as an employee, Alan purchased the construction and development company he worked for in 1994, turning a modest $3 million business into a $40 million enterprise by 2011.
His leadership and financial acumen boosted profits from 10% to 23% making him a respected figure in the industry.
Having moved to the USA in 2012, Alan leveraged his construction and real estate background to build a network that has since yielded access to several high-return opportunities for investors.
Patrick Davison
Patrick Davison brings a deep understanding of modern technology and a strong work ethic that consistently delivers outstanding results for investors.
His background in the IT sector gives him a unique edge in managing real estate investments efficiently, while his experience in hospitality management ensures top-notch client service.

He’s the author of the best-selling book “Financial Freedom With Real Estate Investing” and the host of the popular “Apartment Building Investing” podcast.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. He’s fluent in German and conversational in Spanish. Michael plays tennis competitively, loves to travel, and started bow hunting several years ago. He lives near Atlanta with his wife and four children.
